Could a Minimal ADHD Tool Actually Train Focus?

Hey all, I’ve tried many apps promising better attention, but they’re either too complex or stressful. This new browser-based tool claims to help ADHD users with short, daily exercises. Does anyone feel like such a minimal approach actually improves focus over time?

Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I gave it a solid two-week run, and I started noticing subtle improvements in my focus. I looked at some wisey app reviews and most users reported the same — the minimal setup is the key. The short 15-minute blocks are consistent yet not overwhelming. Over time, those micro-habits add up, helping you build attention gradually. It’s not therapy, not a miracle, just a supportive routine that works if you commit. The simplicity actually makes it easier to stick with than flashy, over-engineered apps.
