Don’t worry, it’s not a fake but rather Seiko catching up with the link latest changes to ISO 6425, one of the most widely accepted standards in place for dive watches. link The most recent update to the standard was established in 2018 and article 4.2.2 includes “for analog displays, the markings indicating every 5 min,” meaning the earliest iterations of the SPB143 (along with several other Seiko models) are link not up to the current ISO standards for a dive watch.
