Well said! It’s indeed true. Only good food yields good health. For students, it is mandatory to have a balanced diet to keep themselves energetic throughout the hectic schedule of their studies. I’m in 12th standard and along with my classes, I also attend the IELTS classes. I have a plan of studying abroad. So I have started preparing now. Hope will be able to achieve my dreams.
