Following a religious or stick to your diet will not only help. You have to practice to get back in shape. The weight loss and exercise are not mutually exclusive, and it never will be. It is not necessary to join a gym and start with heavy weights and high-intensity workouts. Heart simple exercises such as cycling, walking or jogging at least three times a week will prove to be very useful, however, do not strain yourself. If you have not exercised for a long time, the start of the exercise gradually. Also, do not leave the exercise once you're off the diet.
