If you cannot keep up the pace and one for all periods

If you cannot keep up the pace and one for all periods of ten, then you need to slow down and try again. If you have energy to spare after repeated number ten, then the next time accelerate by 10 seconds or so.

 

Experiment until you arrive at the best pace Athletic Greens  that you can maintain consistently for all periods of ten. This is your own pace new marathon! Keep doing your workouts at this pace, up until about two weeks before you run your marathon. Then you can run with confidence, knowing you will not reach the wall, or terminate only half as well as you can.
