Pandora continues the tradition with another special charm released for Black Friday called Christmas Wish! It’s a pavé detailed dangle with Christmas tree cutouts and “2014” engraved on the base. I did end up braving the crowds yesterday and getting the Christmas Wish. I actually really like the sparkling crystals covering the charm as it stands out as a focal piece. It does resemble the Christmas Ornament, which is also new this season, but slightly bigger. For those that find it too specific to the holidays, the cutouts are not that noticeable on the bracelet.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and is well rested because today is the biggest shopping day of the year and lots of companies are offering great deals online and in stores! There was a rather complicated process to get the Club pandora charms sale last year which involved signing up for the Club on So I was planning on getting it this weekend when my friend surprised me with this charm. Needless to say, I was delighted and it has made this bead that much more special to me. It has a gold heart on both sides with delicate filigree surrounding the center; the openworks is classic and the design appeals to me greatly. There is also a matching dangle Filled with Love (which is only available at Concept Stores in the US then receiving a redemption voucher to take into the store for purchasing the charm. This was not followed very closely and retailers were selling the charm to all customers not just club members but I would assume that it’s the same procedure for this year. As was speculated, this charm features a poppy and is a charity design with the company pledging £50, 000 towards ABF The Soldier’s Charity. An interesting fact – because the poppy is a registered trademark of the Royal British Legion, Pandora cannot use “Poppy” in the name of this bead.
