Not necessarily,but change can be good.Without change,we wouldn t have the birth of 3D gaming,thus we would never have experienced masterpieces like Super Mario 64,Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time or Metroid Prime.Imagine what we would miss out on if things continued to stay the same as they are now? Wii is an effort by Nintendo to make sure that we don t miss out on potentially ecstatic experiences that today s controller could never give birth to.At E3,the company demonstrated how the Wii mote could change how we play video FIFA games"and we liked what we played.The Wii Sports FIFA games,for instance,are more fun than any other sports FIFA games we ve ever played.People that would normally never touch a tennis game were up on a booth playing Wii Sports Tennis with hot booth babes and a sexy Wii mote in their hand.Even single FIFA player games like Super Mario Galaxy feel new thanks to the Wii controller.The majority of Galaxy s gameplay is controlled with the nunchaku s analog stick,but the pointer functionality of the Wii controller allowed experiences"like a few boss fights that we loved"unlike anything in a game before.Meanwhile,FIFA games like Metroid Prime 3 Corruption are heavily influenced by the Wii pointer.Forget dual analog control.Now you control Samus arm yourself.It d sn t get much more realistic than that.The bottom line isnew  is good.People get tired of the same old thing year after year.That reminds us of one cute Nintendo booth babe we talked to while playing Super Mario Galaxy.
