The fruit is a healthy food, but for weight loss

Drink 1.5L to 2L of water a day.

This corresponds to about 8 glasses per day, for example 2 to drink in each main meal, us are lacking just two glasses, which may be of tea.

 

Rule # 19 - Drink cola to feel more satiated.
