Basically, you can eat unlimited amount of food, since they are in the list of approved products, which involves very little carbohydrate, if any.
What You Can Eat
You will have a lot of protein and oat bran.
The diet consists of four phases.
During the phase of "Attack" (1-10 days), eat all Ultimate Flora lean meat you can handle, and 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran soup and at least 6 glasses of water daily.
In the phase of "cruising" (which could take several months), you can add an unlimited number of non-starchy vegetables on alternate days, with half a teaspoon of oat bran extra soup.
When you get to the third phase, "Consolidation" (5 days for every pound you lost), you can have vegetables every day, plus fruit, 2 slices of white bread, and some cheese. During this phase, you may also have 1 or 2 servings of starchy foods, and 1 or 2 "Celebration" meals, where you can eat whatever you want.
The final stage, "stabilization" (now), it's all about service. You can eat anything you want, for one day a week, except when you follow the rules of all the phases of protein "Attack" diet. At this stage, we also eat 3 tablespoons of oat bran daily soup and walk 20 minutes every day.
Chewing gum, no sugar, artificial sweeteners, spices, coffee and tea without sugar allowed.
As for alcohol, you can have a glass of wine a day during the phase of consolidation and stabilization.
Effort Level: Medium
Preparing the food should not be a Flora Probiotic problem, and you should not exotic ingredients. But it will be very limited in what you can eat at the beginning of the diet.
Limitations of levels: there is basically protein and oat bran can become tedious. Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics suggests that meals include fruits, whole grains and healthy fats, Duran Diet is not stress.
