I also value services like yoga classes, meditation apps, and regular health checkups since they keep me balanced and motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My favorite health subjects and interests include nutrition, mental wellness, mindfulness, and fitness. I’m especially passionate about holistic approaches that focus on prevention and overall balance rather than just treatment. Supporting missions that promote healthier lifestyles and community well-being really inspires me.

At the moment, I don’t have any specific prayer requests or health concerns, but I’m always open to learning more about ways to maintain good health and spiritual balance. My main question would be how to stay consistent with healthy routines in a busy lifestyle.

My ministerial goal is to serve others by spreading encouragement, compassion, and faith in everyday life. I feel called to help people grow spiritually and emotionally, creating a sense of community and support wherever possible. My vision is to inspire hope, guide others toward balance in faith and wellness, and to be a positive influence through both words and actions.

I first heard about holistic wellness and health through friends who were passionate about natural living and balance. A close friend recommended I look into mindfulness practices and nutrition, which sparked my interest to explore it further.
