What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

As much as I can I eat well, lots of fruits and veggies and drink clean water. I also juice, just put veggies or fruits, add a little wter, have a nutricious pick me up. I am a sr and take no meds, I take my vitiamins in liquid form as I despise swallowing pills. I make sure I sleep 7 hrs. I am serving the Lord and have also a part time job. and I have two dogs...ha!

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

I use herbs for different things, do not have favirotes perse. am just up to date on natural items. I take ginger and enzymes. when I make my smoothie in the a.m. I add herbs to it, and take liquid vitamins, so I am set for the day.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

Personal cleanliness is important not perse what oe wears but be clean. My interst is foreign missions and our small rural chruch congregation is also missionary minded. We support a matrnity hospital in Haiti and send layettes and participate in their projects and we are now buildign our second hut/huse in Kenya for widows who have lost their huts in the floods last march.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

My books to be succesful. My back to give me less problems ( two serious accidents during my life and two less serious but still intefere with feelling great all the time). My intestines could work bit better. I need more funds so Ic an hae a really neat website. so I can put lessons, drawings and my books on it.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

to built more hut/houses in Kenya, to help teh six teens we assist in Kenya, to sell my books (I have 8 published now, but need exposure). To continue to help our materinity hospital people in bocozelle/Haiti. to let God use me wherever He sees fit and to increase our chruch congregation, like minded people.
