Visualize your end result. Create a mental image of yourself having already achieved permanent weight control. Imagine yourself looking and feeling fabulous.Write down your Weight Loss goals and purpose. Writing your goals down will provide clarity. It will force you to think how realistic your goals may or may not be. Writing down your goals and purpose will re-enforce your commitment.Before long you'll see and feel the effects with symptoms such as dry or inflamed skin, dull hair or hair loss, digestive problems and a weaker immune system.The key is variety. Each food group contains unique nutrients those found in whole grains aren't found in veggies or protein rich foods and fats like extra virgin olive oil or avocado have unique nutrients as well. I think of every meal as a puzzle it should contain 4 pieces to be complete: a whole grain, fruit or veggie, lean protein and healthy fat. When you eat a narrow range of foods it's easy to fall short on nutrients day after day and that means the nutrients you need aren't showing up for work.
