One's overall health is made up of several components and each component has at least a few, and sometimes many facets. For example, when a person consigns himself to remain bitter or angry toward someone who has hurt him, this is a spiritual problem that will result in problems for the soul and the body, with depression, arthiritis, negative cholesterol build up and heart disease all being influenced by his lack of forgiveness. So, our health starts with matters of the spirit, then deals with the soul, and then the body, but sometimes the problem or its solution can work backwards too. I say this because eating properly, and getting enough rest, and drinking pure water can improve the mind and enhance the spirit as well.
