Two of your meals and two of your snacks should contain lean proteins, with an extra serving of it in a third meal when possible.Nitric Storm Always include the "big three" exercises in your training schedule. These mass building exercises include dead lifts, bench presses and squats. These will not only add some bulk to your body, but they will also help to condition you as well as improve your strength. Every muscle building workout should include some combination of these three exercises.
