What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

Due to chronic pain, I was unable to relax, unable to sleep and very depressed. The prescription medications made me nauseous and drugged even during the day which in turn made me feel sad and alone. Pain, meds, pain, sleeplessness, pain, depression.
Recomendation for substituting herbs instead of drugs have helped me tremendously. I feel better, hurt less and sleep better since trying herbs. I very rarely use pain meds or sleep meds anymore....plus there are no sideeffects!

Foods that heal the body; link between food and disease; body, mind, soul connection; helping others; eliminating hunger and disease world wide and in the USA. Environmental issues world wide.

Multitude of questions. ...and health concerns. My prayer is for a health revolution that will reconnect the mind, boby, and spirit of humans back to GOD.
