I really appreciate herbal teas, essential oils, and plant-based supplements. Services like Christian counseling and holistic coaching have also been a blessing in my life.

I’m deeply interested in the connection between mental health and spiritual wellness, natural remedies, and lifestyle-based healing. I also enjoy exploring how faith and nutrition work hand in hand

I’m praying for continued clarity in my calling and strength to walk it out daily. Health-wise, I’m focused on managing stress and staying balanced physically, mentally, and spiritually.
