What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

Over the past year, I’ve made a conscious shift toward holistic wellness—focusing not just on my physical health, but also my mental and emotional well-being. It started with small changes: incorporating meditation into my mornings, switching to a more plant-based diet, and being more intentional about sleep. As I began to balance my body, mind, and spirit, I noticed a real difference in my energy levels, mood, and ability to manage stress. I no longer rely solely on quick fixes or medications; instead, I listen to my body and nourish it from the inside out. This journey has not just improved my health, but also my overall outlook on life.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

Some of my favorite health products include natural supplements like ashwagandha and magnesium, which help with stress and sleep. I also rely on a good-quality water filter and herbal teas like chamomile and peppermint for daily wellness. For services, I really value deep tissue massages, regular chiropractic care, and guided meditation apps like Insight Timer. These tools and treatments help me maintain balance physically and mentally, and they've become essentials in my self-care routine.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

I’m deeply interested in holistic healing and preventive health—especially how nutrition, mindfulness, and movement can transform overall well-being. I’m passionate about mental health awareness and the mind-body connection, and I enjoy exploring subjects like herbal medicine, gut health, and energy healing practices. My mission is to live in alignment with nature and help others understand that true wellness comes from nurturing all aspects of ourselves—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

I’d appreciate prayers for continued strength, clarity, and balance as I navigate some personal transitions in my wellness journey. I’m working on improving my stress levels and restoring energy after a period of burnout. I also have questions about natural ways to support adrenal health and deepen spiritual connection during healing. Grateful for any guidance, support, or insight on this path.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

My calling is to serve as a vessel of healing, encouragement, and truth through both word and action. I feel deeply led to help others discover wholeness by connecting their faith to their wellness—bridging spiritual growth with physical and emotional health. My vision is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to live purposefully and fully aligned with God’s design for their lives. Whether through teaching, writing, or simply being present, my greatest desire is to inspire transformation and hope in every soul I encounter.
