Walnuts are a source of omega-3, anti-inflammatory and protective cardiovascular health, maybe if you spent with alcohol this Elite Test 360 summer. Simply take between 3 and 5 nuts each day to supplement your diet, avoid pecking hunger and ensure a supply of natural nutrient.
