Alpha fuel 720 Stretch for a few minutes after working out in order to facilitate muscle repair. Any individual under forty years of age should strive to hold every stretch for thirty seconds at the least. If you are over 40, hold the stretch for a minimum of 60 seconds. Stretching properly protects you from injuries related to working out.
