My journey with holistic wellness began when I faced chronic fatigue and digestive issues. Through nutrition, stress reduction, and spiritual growth, I found healing. God led me to balance body, mind, and spirit.

I enjoy herbal teas, gluten-free superfoods, magnesium, probiotics, and natural skincare.

I’m deeply interested in gut health, plant-based healing, stress relief, hormone balance, and the connection between spirituality and health.
