My calling is to minister through wellness—merging faith, holistic health, and emotional healing. I feel drawn to create spaces (online and in-person) where people feel seen, supported, and spiritually empowered.

I first heard about holistic wellness during a season when I was searching for deeper healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Traditional methods weren’t giving me the full support I needed, and I felt led to explore more natural, faith-aligned approaches to health.
