To select the poundage for each perform out, keep in Alpha XTRM thoughts that your 1 rep max (RM) is 100 %, 2 repetitions = 97.5 %, 3 repetitions = 95 % and so on. However, doing a 1RM when you are new to bodyweight training would be ill advised and can be quite dangerous.
