A very large number of people have asked me about losing weight lately, and of course, i am no expert, but i lead a healthy lifestyle and i consider myself a pretty fit person, i go to the gym and i eat healthy and every  now and then i cheat my diet routine and i eat  some sausages or a steak or whatever i crave on that day.
