Alpha XTRM It is acceptable to cheat a little when lifting. It is okay to cheat by not fully engaging your body in the name of pumping out some bonus reps. But do not make that an excuse to cheat on all of your reps! Make sure that your rep speed is controlled. Never allow your form to be compromised.
