Balancing public relations
There have long been the public relations activities. The beginning of this century the United States has appeared in professional public relations consulting firm. Management theorists in the 1930s to recognize the importance of employee relations, customer relations. However, in the presence of backward production concepts, marketing concepts conditions, there is no public relations as an "internal function" of marketing. After the 1960s resurgence of consumer protection campaign, public relations functions before we get wide attention. In the 1980s, people no longer see public relations as the company's "extra burden", but regard it as a function of marketing.
