The same be hardest week if I can do this week the next week is going to be easier in the week after that couldn't be easier because I'm going to get on board my subconscious getting on board is becoming habit what happens is after you pass out thirty to 60 day mark in that it becomes much easier you become a lot less tense and anxious and you have to be so disciplined to stay on track you're going to really have to motivate yourself as much you going to find you just cannot follow group that's exactly what happened to me is ice but about a month or two getting myself really disciplined and hitting it really hard at the gym and clear by diet and then what I found is for the remaining four months I did this for about five months for the remaining four months it was is pretty much just a just kind of going through the motions and it wasn't that difficult I mean it was difficult in the moment but well I think about it those four months just like flu plea by they flew by and losing those 65 pounds on some level was one of the hardest things I've ever done well it was kind of be easy after that initial hope so keep reminding yourself that that initial hope the other thing I tell you is technique that I used if you're at the gym only think about one day at a time so baby step don’t think about the fact that oh I have to go to the gym today not Togo to the gym tomorrow enough to go to the gym the next day and I’m to go to the gym per month don't think about it like that focused just on completing today because the fact is the to lose the matter which one lose all you have to do is Extreme Lean Cleanse take the right actions ever he single day and only have to do is focus on that one day him could happen is that your willpower throughout the day it would diminish right and the beginning there is no good and then middle the day going to kill the tired at the end of the day you're going to be a you have or and urge to not go to the gym or to pig out or to break your diet you don't healthy grab some fast food whatever win your willpower has waned at the end of the day and it’s dropping off which you got to do is kind of just remind yourself that this is the hardest part of the day and that if I could just make it through and just focus on today I don't want to at any more pressure myself by thinking about how many do it tomorrow or the next day or the next week just think about how men get through the day and you get through today then the next day or two but a renewal love energy and is going to be against bill easier the next day you have more energy is Camille easier so just focus on today this applies both to the jam if you’re if your cracking at the gym and you feel a given up and also with your diet you know sometimes you're going to have to abstain from food and to tell yourself all you have to worry about is this day doing it.
