In the first part, I talked about the main differences in the weather you are going to go for weight or fat loss. Today, I'm going to talk about some aspects of nutrition associated with each of them. For those of you who do not know, and nutrition, it is more important for fat loss than actual practice. But do not get me wrong, both are very important. But first we'll talk about some of the reasons why people fail on a diet and weight loss. First calories is very low means. People think that in order to lose weight all you have to do is to cut calories.
