We can say that they are definitely coming as we can confirm that a FIFA 15 November update will go live soon adding the MLS expansion teams to all versions.It means that the likes of Frank Lampard and David Villa will go back to their clubs and won't have their respective Manchester City or Melbourne City cards on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team any more.At the moment you can get their player cards but with their loan clubs assigned a great decision by EA to make both Lampard and Villa recruitable until their parent clubs are properly integrated into ultimate team coins the MLS.Now we have confirmation that the move will take place sometime in November with EA's FIFA 15 November update.
