A quick comment on durability. After about Nike Air Max 90 Cheap UK 30 miles of running and extensive casual wear the soles of the Free 5.0 look pretty good. The only exception is that one of the black outsole patches near the heel has worn down on one side to reveal a different colored rubber below (I¡¯m a bit of a scuffer). I don¡¯t expect this will be a problem from a functional standpoint, but you may not get hundreds of miles out of a shoe like this that has such a small amount of rubber on the sole.

Ironically, when I wore my Free 5.0 (I think they would be 2013 models, before the band on the metatarsals) I had an entire year injury free. I ,Nike Free UK Sale ran up to 10 miles in the them regularly and had no problems. After they wore out I switched back to regular trainers (don¡¯t ask) and have started having ¡°issues¡± again with my lower legs and hips.

Like you I¡¯ve been running in Frees since the first 3.0 release (still have them). Upgraded at every turn. The v3 were a brilliant shoe and still are my triathlon race day choice. The V4 is a horrible shoe. Here in Australian summer (tri season) that lack of breathability in the upper is just unbearable. The fit was horrible and was getting blisters where never had them before.

I just bought the Nike Free 3.0 and absolutely love them. I agree that the fit is tight, but I don¡¯t notice it at all when I¡¯m running. The one thing I noticed with the specs is that the 3.0 actually has more forefoot cushioning (I think it¡¯s 17mm) than th Nike Air Max Classic BW 91 Womens uk e 4.0 and 5.0. This is the main reason I bought the 3.0 over the others (being a mid/forfoot striker). The sole does tend to gather small pebbles, but I¡¯ve tried them on trails and love the flexibility of them. It¡¯s going to be hard going back to normal shoes after these!

The Free is on the soft side, but not terribly squishy. I really like the shoe as is. Nike also makes the Flex line that is like a cheaper Free, but hav Nike Lunar Cheap UK e not tried them so not sure how soft they are.
