Comparing my run data to my data from last year, I have noticed some dropoff in pace for comparable base runs. Occasionally, when I mix in a more minimal shoe (like the GoMe uk Nike Air Max 2014 Womens b speed this morning), I am surprised at how easy it feels to run the faster speed. I really like the idea of being able to run high volume miles w/o my legs feeling beat up all the time (since I am currently 10 days away from my first 50K), but I definitely think this has come at the expense of pace for me.

I have my doubts regarding the applicability of the results ¨C I aborted at 178bpm, whereas I regularly see 195bpm in hard sessions ¨ Nike Air Max 2015 Womens UK C because I wasn¡¯t limited by lactate, exhaustion or even breathing.
