Blake Griffin Exclusive Nike Basketball Shoes Available Now

Spotted at the Nike Town store in Las Vegas, the 2011 "Player Exclusive" shoes of NBA All Stars Blake Griffin (Zoom Hyperdunk), Chris Bosh (Air Max Hyperdunk), Amar'e Stoudemire (Air Max Sweep 'Thru), Rajon Nike Air Max 2016 Leather Mens Shoes Black Orange Rondo and Russel Westbrook (different colored Zoom Hyperfuses) are available now for spending lots of money on. Griffin wore a red colored variant of Hyperdunks during NBA All Star Weekend, Stoudemire has become the unofficial spokesman of the Nike Free Shoes Womens Sweep 'Thrus, and Rajon Rondo is the essentially the face of the Air Max 2016 Pink White Hyperfuse line.

The term "Player Exclusive" is a funny one nowadays. In the 90s through the mid 2000s, a "Player Exclusive" meant that the shoe was designed and made specifically for that player. Friends and family might be able to cop a pair, but really, that shoe was only to be worn by that particular player. Through luck, you might find a random one at a Nike factory outlet store, but the idea of owning one used to mean something.

Today, you can find "Player Exclusives" about as easily as you can find an Air Jordan 2011 on sale. House Of Hoops always has them and sneaker boutiques are stacked to the wall with these "rare" finds. It has taken away some of the luster to be sure.
