The Salvation Diet Program It can be really difficult to get a slim tummy and keep it that way. You've probably heard that "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym". There is some truth to that statement. However, to get that tummy slim, a proper diet and some exercise have to be considered. Most of these plans work. The hardest part is actually following the diet and exercise plan. It is so easy to go for that extra helping of pasta and neglect to go for that jog.
