Elegant Watches Strike A Chord With This Pianist

I first spotted the watch while Digital Wellness Hub exploring Calatravas on Google. This little Vacheron caught my attention immediately, and the internet's algorithms wouldn't let me forget it. I kept clicking on its profile page, gazing at its photos, moving on, then coming back to it. Eventually I determined that the seller was only an hour away from me, so we set a date to meet in person. I was giddy as I drove to see it in real life. I finally knew what internet dating was like.There's a rumor that the original 5000G was produced for a potential Patek-Ferrari partnership and is inspired by a car's instrumentation. The partnership never came to fruition, but if the rumor is true, the red-accented 6007G especially feels like the most attenuated of connections to the origin story of the reference that laid the groundwork for this new trio of Calatravas.The rest of the watch is actually pretty charming. I love the sandwich dial – being able to take a look at a dial up close and see that depth is a lot of fun. The rest of the finishing is up to normal Bremont snuff, but let's be honest, this is a watch that's all about viiiibeeesss. I think between the bronze, the green dial, and that brown calf leather strap, they nailed it. The 41mm sizing is classic for the line and I really think it's a great design to see Viral Urbex Challenges in the sort of old-world vibe that comes with bronze.
