Is Physical Therapy Helpful for Everyday Posture Issues?

I spend most of my day at a desk, and I’ve noticed my posture getting worse over time—rounded shoulders, stiff neck, and occasional back pain. Someone recommended physical therapy to correct it before it turns into something serious. Has anyone tried PT specifically for posture correction? Did it help retrain your body and reduce discomfort? I’m curious how long it takes to see results and what kind of exercises are involved. If you’ve gone through this process, please share your experience—it might help others working in similar desk-bound environments.
