"Helping The World DISCOVER THE WAY of LOVE!"

Many Type 2 diabetes who are trying toDiabetes Destroyer Review control their blood sugar and lose weight skip breakfast thinking this is a good way to lower their calorie intake. Rather than skip breakfast even if you're running late, chose a better breakfast containing fiber-rich foods, lean protein and limited calories.

Sleep through your alarm? Wake up late and feeling like you'll never make it to work on time? In that post-sleep-in state of panic, the last thing you're thinking about is getting in a healthy meal. But, breakfast really is one of the most important meals of the day because it's going to set the tone for the rest of the day ahead.

Basically, skip breakfast and you'll be ravenous mid-morning and much more likely to go in for the box of donuts sitting on the lunchroom table.

Not exactly the picture of nutritious eating.

Being pressed for time doesn't mean you must sacrifice good nutrition, however. You simply need to have a game plan.

For those mornings where you're too time pressed to cook a sit-down meal, these options serve as a great way to get your nutrition and kick-start your day properly...

1. A Banana With Nut Butter. A banana with some nut butter will provide the perfect dose of healthy carbs, fiber, healthy fats, as well as some protein to keep you feeling satisfied throughout the morning.

If you're really concerned with keeping your blood sugar level as low as possible, choose a more greenish color banana as the more ripe the banana, the greater the GI value will be.

2. An Apple With Sliced Low-Fat Cheddar. Next, an apple will offer you the crunch you may be seeking first thing in the morning. Paired with some reduced fat cheddar cheese to get in some protein, this breakfast is an excellent go-to.

Fruit is a great way to start your day because it'll help to restore your liver glycogen stores (which is where fructose, the sugar found in fruit is directed). Liver glycogen will be partially depleted after the overnight fast and the low-levels of glycogen in your system will contribute to how hungry you feel.

3. Low-Fat Milk With Some Almonds. Next, grabbing a glass of low-fat milk along with a handful of almonds is another great go-to breakfast meal. Milk is rich in calcium, so will support good bone health and the almonds provide vitamin E to keep your skin looking great and healthy fats to keep your appetite down.

This morning meal will also help to keep you hydrated without all the caffeine you may normally down with your breakfast coffee.

So, there you have three terrific go-to breakfasts to serve up on those days where you just don't have time to cook in the kitchen. Don't leave home without something - your blood sugar levels and body will thank you for it as the day goes on.

Although managing your disease can be very challenging, Type 2 diabetes is not a condition you must just live with. You can make simple changes to your daily routine and lower both your weight and your blood sugar levels. Hang in there, the longer you do it, the easier it gets.
