I was first introduced to holistic wellness through a friend who had experienced her own healing journey. She shared how focusing on not just physical health, but also emotional and spiritual well-being, changed her life. That really inspired me to start learning more.
From there, I began exploring natural remedies, nutrition, and faith-based approaches to health—and I realized how powerful it is to treat the body as a temple and care for it from the inside out. It’s been a journey of unlearning quick fixes and embracing balance, rest, and God’s design for true wellness.
