While the Diamant removed the hand-engraved gratte pattern from the small-seconds subdial, the ivory link grande feu on the Rubis is unchanged, link but in person, it can link easily shift back and forth from creamy hues in the sun to bone white in the shade. The signature hands also look quite similar and dark under most light, but they have a ruby-tone finish upon closer inspection. I'd guess that's a touch that might largely go unnoticed but create some harmony subconsciously.
