Learn meditation - Common Problems and Questions Here I have a few common problems and questions summarized, that I have experienced myself during my meditation career: I cannot stop my thoughts, what should I Addium ? This is one of the biggest misconceptions. People think that they would have to stop their thoughts through willpower. That's not true. It is true that the aim of meditation is to attain a thought-free state. But that will not thereby reach, that you force yourself to not think. The key to success lies in simply observe your thoughts. Alone by observing and consciousness-are your thoughts, they will after a time disappear on their own. Attempts therefore not frantically to stop your thoughts, but let them flow as they come and watch them just. When is the best time to meditate? Good times are in the morning, after getting up and in the evening or afternoon. You should be doing but not too .
