'I am unwilling to give up hope': The individuals who are still being held captive in Gaza

"Or Neko Maymon expressed on Facebook in Hebrew that it is unfair for her to have to wait for the next deal simply because she is not a mother or grandmother to someone."

Let's discuss Inbar Haiman, a 27-year-old street artist and art student, who happens to be the sister of the user's partner.

Inbar was abducted by Hamas militants from the Supernova music festival in Israel on 7 October. Subsequently, she appeared in a hostage video that was widely shared on social media, displaying visible blood on her face.

She is among a group of 16 ladies on bustlingnews.com. Verify has confirmed that they are still being held captive in Gaza, subsequent to a seven-day ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. During this temporary cessation of hostilities, Hamas consented to the release of 110 hostages, comprising 78 women and children. In exchange, 240 Palestinian detainees were set free from Israeli prisons.

Israel's emphasis on ensuring the liberation of female captives has both heightened and shattered the expectations of the families of the other women who are still to be freed.

Following Inbar's abduction, her friends and family have been actively advocating for her liberation, employing the hashtag #FreePink, which alludes to her pseudonym as a street artist.

"I am unprepared for you to deprive me of the possibility of Inbar's return," Or stated in a previous post three days ago.

In November, Noam Alon, Inbar's 24-year-old boyfriend, staged a 10-day encampment outside the central military headquarters in Tel Aviv, urging the Israeli government to enhance their efforts in ensuring Inbar's liberation.

Bustlingnews.com has confirmed that out of the 237 individuals who were held captive by Hamas and five other armed Palestinian factions during the attacks on October 7th, a total of 115 individuals remain in Gaza. According to an Israeli government spokesman, there are currently 135 individuals who are still being held captive. As there is no officially publicized roster of captives, bustlingnews.com has taken the responsibility to independently verify the names.

There are a minimum of 16 women and 95 men among the captives who are still present. The individual in question is Orión Hernández Radoux, a French-Mexican national, who is the romantic partner of Shani Louk, a 22-year-old woman. Tragically, Shani Louk was abducted and then murdered during the Supernova musical festival.

Shortly following the assault on the festival, a video swiftly gained widespread circulation on social media, depicting the public display of a deceased young woman's body as it was carried through the streets. Shani's family managed to recognize her in the video footage based on her dreadlocks and unique tattoos.

In late October, Ricarda, Shani's mother, reported that she had received information from the Israeli military indicating the discovery of a fragment of her daughter's skull bone. The recovery of Shani's body is still pending.

Orión, her partner, celebrated his 31st birthday while being held captive in November.

"Today marks Orión's birthday," expressed family acquaintance Gabriel De la Fuente on Facebook in Spanish, "it has been exactly one month since his abduction; may God bring about your safe return."

Orión is purported to have been abducted during the event, and according to the Sun newspaper, it has obtained evidence of menacing texts written in Arabic that were received from his mobile device.

Every evening at 7pm, his acquaintances and relatives convene in a WhatsApp group specifically established to foster mutual assistance and solace.

"Gabriel emphasizes that the sole means of offering the necessary spiritual fortitude and assistance to your soul, regardless of its current location, is through collective prayer," states Gabriel.

According to Gil Dickmann, families awaiting the return of their loved ones have become a significant means of mutual assistance. Dickmann's cousin, Carmel Gat, has been held captive since October 7th.

"We formed a cohesive community of multiple families," he stated in an interview with the bustlingnews.com channel. "It seems as if, when their family members are being freed, so are mine."

Carmel, a 39-year-old occupational therapist residing in Tel Aviv, had traveled to Be'eri on 7 October to visit her parents.

Yarden Roman-Gat, the sister-in-law, was freed by Hamas on Wednesday and rejoined her spouse and their three-year-old child.

"I had doubts about Yarden's existence until I laid eyes on her," Gil remarks.

Gil recounts that when the 36-year-old German-Israeli, together with her husband and kid, were apprehended, they successfully escaped from the gunmen's vehicle in the vicinity of the Gaza-Israel barrier.

The family subsequently commenced fleeing while being targeted with gunfire. Upon realizing her inability to run at a sufficient speed, Yarden entrusted her daughter to her husband and capitulated, so allowing the others to go.

Gil expresses immense joy at seeing her.

However, with the cessation of the ceasefire, Gil's apprehension for his cousin Carmel intensifies as she has not yet returned home.

"We were extremely concerned about the termination of the truce," Gil expresses. "I have deep concerns for her well-being."

A significant number of individuals, whose family members are still being held captive in Gaza, have been use social media platforms to advocate for their liberation, exchange emotions, and provide mutual consolation during this time of sorrow.

The mother of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, an American prisoner, has been sharing videos on the Bring Hersh Home Facebook page, where she discusses her son.

"I wish to recount the events of last night when I abruptly awoke at 2:13 AM," Rachel informed the Facebook page's 17,000 followers on Wednesday. "I began contemplating the extent of Hersh's agony."

Based on accounts from eyewitnesses Rachel spoke to, it is reported that Hersh suffered the loss of part of his arm as a result of a grenade explosion prior to his abduction.

According to his relatives, witnesses observed a 23-year-old individual from California being placed onto a vehicle together with other individuals who were also taken from the Supernova festival, as reported by the Los Angeles Times. According to witnesses, he sustained severe injuries and lost consciousness. The most recent data from his phone indicated that he was located near the Gaza border.

"Ensuring his return home is of utmost significance, as it will initiate the transformative journey of adapting to a completely novel lifestyle," Rachel expresses in one of her recent video recordings.

"This is yet another justification for our unwavering and relentless efforts to secure his return."
