Sleep disorders
About one-third of the population is affected by sleep disorders. So sleep disorders are the most common health problems. In the best insomnia it is linked to some specific situations and not very extended in time. It becomes a problem when sleep is an ongoing disorder and has no significant impact on a person's life.
It helps restore sleep during the night to get the best way during the day. A healthy sleep is the result of the so-called circadian rhythm: is repeated a very specific from different stages of sleep at night repeatedly sequence, minutes and duration of sleep stages and repetition rates vary individually. Circadian rhythm can be upset when the recurrence of sleep stages or phases of sleep rate stopped shorter than necessary.
