Nutrisystem is amazing! I drink it every morning as soon as I wake up and get to the kitchen. I was experiencing hot flashes all through the day and night and was terribly uncomfortable because of it. I was not willing to take any prescription Nutrisystem drugs to control it, but tried Nutrisystem and within a few days, they were gone. As long as I drink my Nutrisystem daily......no more hot flashes! Love it!

 

I started trying Nutrisystem and various products of theirs a few months ago. It was recommended by a book I read by John Romaniello and Adam Bornstein call Man 2.0 - Engineering The Alpha. Since using their products, I have never felt better. I feel very healthy all the time, have wonderful sleeps, and not to mention my work out routine (diet part especially) has been taken to the next level. When you get all the required nutrients you need its amazing what the human body can do. All it takes is a little effort and some Nutrisystem. I highly recommend this product! (it even tastes good)
