Lately, I feel like all productivity apps just pile on stress instead of helping. I can’t keep streaks, and notifications make me anxious. I want a method or tool that tracks my energy or habits without making me feel guilty or forcing constant interaction. Has anyone managed to find something simple that supports mental well-being while still giving insight into patterns and routines? I’d love to hear real experiences.
