Pull up Body Building exercise might look easy when you see it from the outside, but once you try it, you might be surprised by how tough it can be. It targets your back, biceps and forearms. If lifting your own body weight becomes easy, you can attach a weight-belt around your waist for more resistance.
The biggest benefit of building up your muscle mass (at least from a weight loss point of view) is that muscle burns energy. It increases your metabolism and helps you to burn off the fat. So just burning or reducing calories has less effect than increasing your metabolic rate.
Whether you have money or not for training can have little importance as you can do away with its disadvantage by consistent effort and assembling maximum information as you can.
