What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

Through practicing meditation, yoga, and mindful eating, I have been able to reduce stress, improve my mental clarity, and feel more balanced in my daily life. Holistic wellness has helped me heal not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

Some of my favorite health products are herbal teas, essential oils, and natural supplements that support energy and relaxation. I also really value services like yoga classes, meditation apps, and massage therapy, as they help me maintain both physical and mental balance

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

I am especially interested in mental health, stress management, and holistic wellness practices such as yoga and meditation. My mission is to learn more about natural ways to improve overall well-being and share that knowledge with others.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

I would appreciate prayers for continued strength and peace of mind as I work on maintaining balance in my health. My main concern is staying consistent with healthy habits, and my question is how to best combine spiritual practices with physical wellness for long-term results.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

My vision is to serve others by sharing encouragement, hope, and healing through faith. I feel called to help people grow spiritually and emotionally, and my dream is to build a community where people can find strength, guidance, and support in their walk with God.
