The gist of my variance with this software is easy. You determine your everyday maintenance calorie requirements. That is calories, offered your amount of action, you must eat to keep your present weight. If you donot have an idea of your maintenance calorie requirements, one way to figure it out would be to maintain a calories newspaper for 5-7 days. Then you only separate the sum total calories used from the number of times if your fat stays constant and you should get your intake.
