People think that to stop being depressed they have to do extreme tasks or pay tons of money to someone, but ridding yourself of depression and anxiety can be very easily with these six daily steps!
Rid Anxiety and Depression Today:
1: Drink water. People devalue how important water is, thinking they get it in all the other things they intake, right? Wrong! People will almost always be slightly dehydrated in their daily lives and this will make them feel sluggish, make them have dry skin, and get headaches. Your mind works better and so does your body when hydrated and feeling better will be a good start.
2: Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. This might sound weird…how will this help me? Well, it’s very simple. You see, your metabolism kicks into gear quicker when you eat right after getting up. This will again improve a lot of the functions in your body and give you more energy as well. If you don’t feel too tired to do things you’ll be ready to take on the day in a positive way!
3: Tell yourself what you’re happy about. Find a few things in your life you really enjoy, and each day remember to tell yourself about those things, remind you of the stuff that really makes you happy. Positivity is definitely the key to getting rid of anxiety and depression.
4: Exercise. A lot of negative feeling produce negative chemicals in your body that make you feel even worse, while exercise produces chemicals that actually make you feel better! It doesn’t have to be 3 hours of weight training, just do 10-30 minutes of something fun and enjoy yourself.
5:Get a hobby. Find something you really like to do, and do it! Most people eventually feel they don’t have the time for a hobby, but I’m sure you can find one out there you’ll be able to fit into your schedule.
6: Relax. Take time to just sit around and relax, watch a nice show, listen to some music, just chill out! You really don’t have to be busy 24 hours a day, there’s always a time to take some me time.
