Breathe in and exhale slowly through focus attention on. you master the breath focus; you can use this technique in stressful situations and calm the body and control your reactions. When we look forward, we start of tea short and fast breathing, and as a result there is a lot of oxygen in the blood, which in turn can cause dizziness and other unpleasant sensations in the body. To breathe deeply and calmly and achieve long exhalation, you can address this. "Alertness" or meditation, and that means the art of mentally completely here and now, in this moment, conscious but not absorbed by what is happening around you. I focus on now, and ideas that control come naturally to you without judging them or act on them. Is there a way to calm the mind and body and feel the calm and peace? If you simply sit quietly, you will notice that it seems to ideas automatically. It is often busy in our heads. Usually, follow these ideas and constantly thinking of new ideas, and get access to new associations.
