It's a limited edition link based on the Portuguese Hand-Wound ref. 5463 that was offered in link both red and white gold, already one of IWC's more impressive watches from a technical perspective. For Brady's watch, IWC skeletonized the movement to create the caliber 98920, even changing the structure of the movement and its bridges to maximize the dramatic effect of the skeletonized movement. Back in 2015 when the IWC Portuguese Hand link Wound Squelette was quietly offered, its MSRP was around $100,000.
