I've spent a great deal of time talking about the Homage in the context of the original, which after all it is link meant to not link only evoke but, in many respects, duplicate in its details. Of course, you can and should look at the Homage, and at any homage watch, in terms of how well it works on its own, and where it situates itself not only link with respect to the past, but also with respect to modern mechanical horology.
