comes into play with someone at doing along right so Perfect Biotics tomorrow I'm goingalright 90 kilometers in the health I know that that means that tonight Ideally need to eat lot because I'm just not going to have the energy but I wasn't coming someone that was doing 40 50 60 100kilometer rides that I really wouldn't make much sense to stuff myself I love calories I was never going to use so when it comes to calories just figure out what it is that really works for you I'm don't do anything that makes herself extremely uncomfortable especially over a long period of time if you are coming from a past and severely restricting calories then I would recommend taking some time aiming for at least 2,000 calories is for females more if you're a guy and again more if you’re being really active it will take you a little bit I'm to figure 2 feel good on that number of calories I'm by in generally I would say aim for 2,000 calories in your first two or three weeks figure out what that looks like figure out if that works for you eat more of course the more if you hide I’m saying a minimum and after a while don't ever count another calorie
